First Grade News
The school year is going by so quickly! Easter break begins on Holy Thursday (minimum day), April 9th. Classes resume on Monday, April 20th.
On Easter Sunday, April 12th, after the 11:00 A.M. Mass there will be a great Easter Egg Hunt. We invite you to come to this Mass and then have your children participate in this hunt. Please bring an empty Easter basket.
On the weekend of April 4th and 5th , there will be a truck outside the church to collect usable items - clothes, housewares, etc. - to help the poor and needy. This collection /pick-up is sponsored by the St. Vincent de Paul Society. Also, they will be collecting E-Waste (any electronic devices). So if you are interested in this project, please keep these days in mind.
On Wednesday, May 20th, we will be going to Chabot Science Center in Oakland. We will need drivers for this trip. The tme is 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.. Details will follow soon in the weekly newsletter.
